Even when I talk to homeowners with VERY complicated challenges, the project always boils down to TWO things:

1. What do you want? 

2. What can you do?

These sound so simple you might be thinking this is fluff. I promise it's not.

For example, there will be a 50+ page PDF included in the lesson plan under "What can you do?" and I'm going to teach you how to look up your property and work with the local planning department.

And you're going to laugh, but "What do you want" has some cold hard practical bits too. 

We're going to dive deep to identify WHY you're building an ADU, and that will have very practical impacts on your project.

So it's important to start with these very simple concepts before we dive into the hundreds of complicated details.
